Chili's at Northlake has closed.
Contacted DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and learned general reasons were the
lease was up, repair work was needed on the building, and revenue didn't
justify the repair work so they closed. No details yet on a new
tenant. (2/27/08)

Thank
you for your email and for your interest in Chili's.
We are always disappointed when restaurants close due to high operating
costs or lack of financial success. The Tucker Chili's was not meeting our
company's financial expectations and the decision was made to close the
restaurant. Immediate expansion plans do not include the Tucker, GA
market.

Northcrest Road neighbor received notice rock blasting will begin 2/25 on
the new apartments being built near Embry Hills United Methodist Church
and Days Inn.

State Senate Study Committee on the Structure of DeKalb County Government
